I know, choosing photographer can be very confusing... So many offers, so many websites, so many options... I'm here to help you to choose the one that would be a perfect fit for you

✔️ Research photographer's work (ddaaa... 😅). No, seriously... Sometimes people just scroll photographer's web site, hire him/her and then are upset that their photos don't look the way they wanted... So, really research photographer's work. Do you see consistency in style editing? Are you to that photographer's style? Do you want your photos to look like that (dark/bright/moody/airy/colorful/non-coloful/etc.)? If you answered NO to any of this questions, may it's not your ideal photographer

✔️ Look through photographer's social media, shoot him/her a message, get a phone consultation, do in person consultation. Make sure you'll be comfortable to spend an hour or two or more with that person ⏳ See if you are "connected"

✔️ Don't let price dictate your choice! 🙅‍♀️ Yes, I know, price is important, but it can't be your main orienteer... It's your pictures! It's the memories that will stay with you for generations! That's how your great-great-great children will remember you. If you divide the price of the canvas by years it will at your family - it's technically free ;)

✔️ Does photographer specialize in family photos? You don't go to dermatologist if you have heart problems, right?

Same with photographers... He/she can be absolutely incredible in wedding photography, but have zero experience or idea of what to do with newborn baby 👶

✔️ Hire the one who is responsive. If you have to wait a week before photographer returns your email, may be it's not a good one for you. You want to know and feel that you are important to them 👑
